Authorized use
Access is provided only for legitimate school-related activities. Users must keep login credentials confidential and must not share accounts or attempt to access data outside their assigned role.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when creating or updating records.
- Use the application in compliance with school policies and applicable laws.
- Report suspected misuse or security issues to school administration promptly.
School content and records
Academic records, attendance, fees, communications, and other data entered into the system remain the responsibility of the school. The school determines who may view, edit, or export records.
Availability
The application is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access. The school will make reasonable efforts to restore service when disruptions occur.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the school and application operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Users are responsible for verifying critical information before relying on it for official decisions.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
